Return Policy


Delivery Conditions:

l   Handling time: 2-3 working days upon receiving the order.

l   7-11 pick-ups: 2-3 working days as transportation time upon dispatch, and notify by SMS or Email. Please collect the package within 7 days upon the notification with personal ID presented.

l   Island of Taiwan: 2-3 working days as transportation time via Post service.

l   Offshore Island: 3-5 working days as transportation time via Post service.

l   HK/MO area: 2-3 working days as transportation time via SF Express.

l   Rest of the world:10-25 working days as transportation time based on the country and location;tracking code available. FedEx service is available for 3-5 working days.

 

Note: When ordering from LIFE+GUARD, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Note: The transportation time may change by the designated carrier, above lead-time is only for general reference.

Note: Certain country may have longer transportation time caused by the carrier (Post Office mainly); in case of urgent demand, it is recommended selecting FedEx service as express delivery.


Return/Exchange Policy:

For all product issue, please contact us and remain the integrity of the product.

l   Product defects: Please take a photo of the defects, and contact us via message system for return/exchange process. Please note that we may request the defect product back, therefore, please remain the integrity of the product until the case is closed. In case of defects, the back and forth delivery cost will be absorbed by us; refund via PayPal.

l   Incorrect delivery: Please contact us and subject the details of order, we will assist you with return/exchange process. Please note that we may request the original product back, therefore, please remain the integrity of the product until the case is closed. In case of incorrect delivery, the back and forth delivery cost will be absorbed by us ;refund via PayPal.

l   Misorder: Customer must remain the integrity of the product and deliver it back to us on their expense. However, we will absorb the Post Office shipping fee when delivering the correct item back to the customer; items can be added upon the delivery.

l   Artificial damage: Contact us and indicates the damaged parts, we will provide the replacements to you; shipping fee will be subjected by customer.

l   Lost Package: If package has failed to deliver after 60 days since the dispatch date, we will assist you with refund/resend process. Please contact us if you have come across this issue.

 

Note: If the damage is caused by human error, or lack in original package/parts, the product will not apply to the return/exchange policy.

Note: At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Make sure to contact our staff before any further action.
